Follow the route from the prologue through Bloomfield, Tidewind, Quarrytop mine-entry preparation, the Sand Sea and Maplehill. Bloomfield Chapter 2 now has verified opening conversations and exact deliveries. Quarrytop’s complete first chapter, later chapter endings and the final ending are still missing.

fogu’s Quarrytop title differs between its index (“Quacking Mine”) and tundra footer (“Quaking Mine”). No definitive in-game title is asserted here. The new Bloomfield Chapter 2 page covers verified opening requests, not a complete chapter or ending.

Video Chums recommends completing the first chapter in each area before concentrating on later chapters. This is route advice, not a claim that Chapter 2 cannot start earlier. The Bloomfield page now includes directly checked quest steps, but no complete Chapter 2 walkthrough is claimed.
How the story is shaped
fogu’s Glade page says the first chapter of a town covers the main story and the follow-up chapters deal with town improvements. That matches RPGamer. You do not have to clear every request in a town before you move on. Video Chums specifically warns against trying to finish a whole region in one sitting, and says the south exit of Bloomfield is the way out.

Sources checked on 18 October 2026 include fogu’s seven linked story pages, the Harvest Moon Wiki mining guide and its permit screenshot, and actual French-language quest panels in Kabuki76’s episodes 08–09. Earlier tool/shop evidence and labeled player reports are retained. Opening deliveries do not establish complete Chapter 2 coverage.

How many chapters are there?
A complete chapter count was not verified in the sources checked on 18 October 2026. This index covers the available route through Maplehill and labels the gaps.
Where do I start?
The prologue, then Bloomfield chapter 1. Leave town by the south exit when you need materials from other regions.
Should I finish Chapter 2 before leaving Bloomfield?
Video Chums recommends doing each area’s Chapter 1 first because later requests use resources from other regions. That recommendation is not a verified hard gate on starting Chapter 2.
